
Morello cherry zabaglione

enough zabaglione for 4 servings (same quantity as here)
75g cantuccini biscuits
200g can morello cherries
4 tbsp Marsala
chocolate shavings
Follow the instructions for making zabaglione here.
Fold in 75g lightly crushed cantuccini biscuits. Divide 200g canned, drained morello cherries between 4 sundae dishes, then drizzle with a generous glug of Marsala. Top this with half the zabaglione. Layer with cherries and finish with the remaining zabaglione. Decorate with cherries and a few chocolate shavings.
