
Maccheroni with Gorgonzola and speck
SERVES 4
Preparation 5 minutes
Cooking 15 minutes
250g double cream
200g Gorgonzola
10 slices of speck ham, cut into cubes
350g maccheroni
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta.
In a separate pan, heat the cream with the Gorgonzola and add the speck. Allow the cheese to melt, but don’t let it bubble.
Once the pasta is al dente, add to the pan of cream and cheese. Toss in the pan to get the maccheroni well coated in sauce. Serve warm.
