Tagliatelle with courgette & prawns

400g tagliatelle
1 large clove garlic, peeled and sliced
2 courgettes, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
300g prawns, rinsed and dried
sea salt and black pepper
2 tbsp good-quality olive oil
Add the garlic to a frying pan with the olive oil. Fry gently for a minute or so, then add the courgette slices and fry until slightly golden. Add the prawns, cooking until opaque. Meanwhile cook the pasta until al dente. Toss with the prawns, season, and drizzle with lemon juice.
